NOOTHGRUSH/SUPRESSION - split 5" £3
After 14 years of delay, the split single between NOOTHGRUSH and SUPPRESSION is finally released. NOOTHGRUSH have managed to compress a finely elaborate piece of doom on their side; trademark crushing psychedlic riffing complemented by caveman drums, heavy bass and narration fueled by disgust make for one sick, sick song.

SUPPRESSION open the flip side with a mental power electronics section leading to a grinding hardcore tune, heavy on the freak sauce. Sludge, noise and brutal hardcore- this split is a time-travel trip back to the mid-90's mutant underground, as presented by two of it's most prominent units.

7"/EP

AVFALL - NOW! £4
Fast and chaotic hardcore from Japan. High energy with a raw production and catchy riffs.

BELGRADO - PANOPTICON/VICIOUS CIRCLE £3
BELGRADO are back following an immense debut album from 2011. Based in Barcelona and with members from Venezuela, Poland and Spain BELGRADO have been turning heads for those listening to contemporary anarcho DIY post punk. This two track single, released on time for their Canada and USA tour is a sample of what is to come on their second full length, to be recorded as soon as they return from tour. Sonically more dynamic than previous recordings the two tracks of this single sound extremely busy yet solid on the rhythm section with their trademark echoplex filled guitar riffs and distant female voice. Bringing to mind SKELETAL FAMILY, BRIGANDAGE or BLOOD AND ROSES. Running between goth and post punk while keeping a foot firmly in the DIY anarchist scene.

BERSICKER/R.O.T.T.E.R. split 7" £3
Heavy political crusty D-Beat from the UK's BERSICKER. On the flip side, US band R.O.T.T.E.R. bring a more deranged take on the genre with some crazy vocals, giving their side a more grindy feel. Heavy stuff.

CHAOS CHANNEL - (MAGIC BULLET ), THAT WORKS TO FEED THE PIG!! £4
Chaos Channel - How You’d Never Been So High? (But Then You’d Never Needed To Be?) CD from 2010 is possibly the best noisy punk record of our times, a really fresh and exciting take on a style they already mastered years ago. And this 7" single continues with these ideas. A meticulous recording of super catchy riffs fit into a bizarre and chaotic sense of songwriting and arrangements, with No. 6's instantly recognizable vocals belting out lyrics that border between absurd nonsense and high-art genius. Overall a totally unique punk rock experience for pogo and flight.

outstanding sense and insane "dark" music are shocking to your brain and heart. Their progressive sounds and actives have possibility of new hardcore punk gate. Finally it's putting out this ep since we offered, This is Folkeiis not the others!

FORMBY CHANNEL - SAUCY SEASIDE EXTENDED PLAYER £4
Back with a twang, the 2nd EP by these cheeky chappies sees them presenting an extended player 7” (13minutes) chocked full of tunes of them reminiscing of their childhood visits to the seaside. It’s a unique sound, catchy yet raw punk rock with added Ukulele. Couple this with tongue-in-cheek lyrics full of innuendo; just like their mentor George Formby and you are left with an ep as refreshing as a paddle on Skegness Beach. From the deranged individuals involved in such bands as The Wankys and Thisclose. This lavish package is a one off pressing of 300 copies, transparent/white vinyl, full colour cover and 3 Postcard set.

GOBIERNO MILITAR - NO HAY OPCION £3
Catchy, rough punk tunes with a minimalist stripped down style. Recommended for fans of both 80s and modern Spanish punk.

GOOD THROB - s/t £4
Good Throb’s initial public offering draws from all of their previous bands’ work (the Sceptres, the Shitty Limits, Tortura et al.) in the shadows of the Nixe’s Utreg punk, with a hint of "Swiss Punk Now", a bit of the Australian X’s burliness, but any desire for comparison is overwhelmed by a certain wall of sound and ferocity - on every instrument - that breeds a perfectly nasty sense of empathy. Empathy for a visceral breeze, for the methodical assassination of tedium, for the distilled detestation of our rosy society, and for Tesco anthems. Raw depictions of a mundane universe.

HERPES/HUNTED DOWN £4
Brand new split from these two upstate New York bands. Both playing raw and ugly hardcore punk. Killer.

HOAX - Cage b/w Sick Punk 7" HOAX - Cage b/w Sick Punk 7"
HOAX - CAGED/SICK PUNK £3
Released in time for their February / March European tour HOAX grace us with a new two song single. Both tracks are hard moshing anthems with a nasty destructive sound. Distorted to the max and with a blown out of control guitar this double A side single is a bass heavy yet catchy and memorable hardcore piece of rage.
The sleeve art designed by Heather Benjamin reflects perfectly the vibe on this release. Claustrophobic hardcore for non fitting punks.

ILEGAL - LA VIDA ES EL PRODUCTO..... £4
After their crushing debut EP on Lengua Armada, Canada's Ilegal return with their follow-up. If you liked the previous 7" and demo you'll no doubt love this... blistering, Discharge-inspired hardcore with an absolutely manic vocalist. Introducing the 2nd E.P. from the voice of a new generation of Kyushu hardcore punk. This 4 track record attempts to capture the destructive live energy that has forced Japan to turn its head and take notice. THISCLOSE - THE PRICE WE PAY £4
Hot on the heels of their debut full length album and recorded as part of the same session as “one foot in the grave” comes a new devastating 7” by the mighty Thisclose. On two of the songs the band take an “Ignorance/The More I See” approach to their songwriting whilst the final song sounds like it could have been on the b side of an early Discharge ep, all with an amazing powerful "Hear Nothing" like production courtesy of Tommy “Clay” Duffin. The icing on this punk rock platter is without question the unique vocal style of Rodney Shades, loved by many, loathed by even more, Thisclose is not a band people feel indifferent about. 300 copies, white vinyl, stickers, heavy duty card cover and a free plastic bag.

VENDETTA - DESTROY/FIGHTING MAN £4
This a tour only 1-sided 7" pressed for VENDETTA'S Japanese tour with E.A.T.E.R. Awesome energetic catchy hardcore punk. 300 copies only! (HARDCORE SURVIVES)

VIOLENT REACTION - DEAD END £5
"Hard thumping UKHC boys are back! Expect more club raging bangers to stay sober to. This record shows a progression towards the Oi! with spangly Telecasters at dawn. You'll be singing these tunes after the first listen, a great follow up to the best UKHC LP of the last decade."

THE WANKYS - POUNDLAND £4
3 tracks of catchy noise punk from Kyushu Leicester

THE WANKYS - Still Love the Noise 7"
THE WANKYS - STILL LOVE THE NOISE £4
This recording and release being a project as part of my Crusty Mark's (The Wankys bass player), college course; the result being 3 new tracks and a rework of the punk rock sing-a-long “Please For Fuck Me”. Two of the new songs have that mid period Swankys feel to them whilst one is an up-tempo pogo punk number. Overall he did an amazing job, completing the entire recording/mixing/mastering single handedly, designing the artwork and dealing with the pressing plant. In the process he has probably produced the best thing that the band has done since he joined.

WHITE FINGER - P.A.P. FATS £4
Newish Notts punk band. Pissed off and noisy, high energy stuff. A bit psych, a bit garage. Kind of like punkier Am Rep stuff.

10"

Image of Filthpact / Sufferinfuck split 10"
FILTHPACT/SUFFERINFUCK - £5
"Filthpact hail from Aberdeen, Scotland and play a filthy slab of thick metallic crust punk. Already legendary within their respected circles, this is the next step of their progression and it's dirty, it's heavy, it's fucking great. Sufferinfuck are from Fife, Scotland. They contain ex and current members of Pigscum and Messiah Complex. They play an absolutely disgusting assault of equal parts powerviolence and grindcore." Killer Nick Blinko esque artwork by Mark Rennie.

ART OF BURNING WATER - LOVE YOU DEAD £8
Art Of Burning Water were born out of the ‘white flats’ of Hanwell (W7) and the pre-gentrified homes of Hammersmith (W6) in West London in 2001. The sound of suburban alienation and misfit isolation forged an awkward visceral sound that was too punk for the metallers, too noisy for the arthouse crowd and too weird for seemingly everyone else. AOBW continue to plough their own furrow despite personal injury and often chronic disorganisation. with self-promotion taking a back seat to the importance of sound creation to combat the often ugly hardships of everyday living.
Like Slayer gone sludge, AOBW channel the prime noise-rock of vintage Zeni Geva and Godflesh with the more complex rhythmical riff obsessions of the Melvins, Keelhaul and mid-period Voivod. In saying that however, AOBW also adhere to the original punk philosophy of ‘anything goes’. There are no restrictions. Punk isn’t about Discharge (as good as they were and are), studded belts and crusty bum flaps. Punk is the heart to tell the narrow minded to get fucked.

ART OF BURNING WATER - THIS DISGRACE £8
“This Disgrace” continues the more spontaneous writing approach of third album “Love You Dead” with some emotionally draining dirge sections akin to a more budget “Children Of God”-era Swans, “What’s This For?” period Killing Joke as well as the “Souls At Zero” beatings of Neurosis. All subject to opinion of course.

BAD AMERICAN - AMERICAN DREAM £8
80's hardcore meets 90's AM-REP from these veterans.

BELGRADO - Siglo XXI LP
BELGRADO - SIGLO XXI £8
Barcelona's Belgrado return with their 2nd LP. Dark post punk/goth with an awesome production and killer songs.

BI-MARKS - THE GOLDEN YEARS £7
18 songs of blistering non-stop hardcore punk, raging in the vein of ADOLESCENTS, SICK PLEASURE, or WILLFUL NEGLECT! members of Nerveskade/Bog People so you know its FUCKING INSANE!

BI-MARKS - S/T 12" £7
7 new songs from this Portland band who play fast, catchy HC. The foundation is blistering 80s-inspired HC a la DIRECT CONTROL, but they add in some melodies and catchier song structures. It sort of reminds me of a mix between RKL’s blistering, catchy metallic punk and the ADOLESCENTS’ more refined approach. Basically, though, this is catchy, west coast-style HC delivered with rawness, aggression and intensity. Features members of NERVESKADE and BOG PEOPLE. Ripping!

BISMUTH/UNDERSMILE £8
Bismuth are a two-piece from Nottingham and make one of the most unholy rackets on just a bass and drums I've ever heard put to tape! Their side of this split is a 17 minute slow-motion low-end rumble, with shudderingly low bass frequencies cut through by high-picthed wailing screams. It all comes to a creeping lull of feedback and dense tone toward the end. Undersmile's track is a droning funeral mantra of epic proportions. Taking the sombre majesty of the classic funeral doom sound and introducing a more sludge mentality, this is a plodding, enthralling side of wax, and the twin non-screamy female vocals really set it apart. Excellent! Stunning Tony Roberts artwork which suits the mood of these bands perfectly and remids me of the grandiose illustrations from the original publication of The Hobbit!

BONG - MANA-YOOD-SUSHAI £12
Following their 2011 masterpiece Beyond Ancient Space, Bong prove to be ever-prolific with their latest offering, a brand new album entitled, Mana-Yood-Sushai. Recorded, mixed and mastered in just two days in December 2011, this marks the first time Bong have entered a professional studio and recorded with an engineer.

Idle Days On The Yann cover art
BONG - IDLE DAYS ON THE YANN £12
New slab of wax from Newcastle's premium blazers Bong. Idle Days On The Yann follows on from their untitled Record Store Day LP, and this new 40 minute beast has the enhanced and perhaps unexpected addition of vocals from Holly Forster. Holly's zoned out vocals mirrors the lumbering psych doom vibe that this quartet have built over the last 6 years. Killer artwork by Lucy Johnson as with their release on MIE Music. The LP is pressed in an edition of 700 copies. 350 copies pressed on gold and black swirl 180 gram vinyl, and 350 on black 180 gram vinyl. Includes download of the album.

DISASTER - WAR CRY MLP + Flexi £9
Originally released in 1991 War Cry was one of the first purely DISCHARGE influenced bands to span what later become popularly known as D-Beat. Hailing from Halifax, they were part of a new wave of raging UK bands with worshiped "Why" as the finest piece on non-music ever recorded. DISASTER faded into obscurity shortly after releasing their MLP and War Cry became a cult record among raw hardcore fans worldwide counting visionaries as Kawakami from DISCLOSE as one of their biggest fans.

(3rd press - RED VINYL Available)

FRAMTID - UNDER THE ASHES £9
Released in time for FRAMTID'S first appearance at Chaos In Tejas festival in Austin, Texas, "Under the Ashes" is finally available again. An absolutely over the top recording comprising twelve tracks of punishing hardcore with a huge wall-of-noize production adding to their faultless song writing. As noisy as the album is, all the songs are hits and hard to forget. 'The Total Arse', 'Tomorrow' and 'Consuming Shit and Mind Pollution' are what the new generation of noize-not-music punk lack, memorable anthems. Housed in a tip on sleeve and without alterations to the art or sound from the original, this reissue tries to bring an undoubtedly classic of our generation back to life.

FUK - s/t £10
Re-recorded version of the CD on HG:Fact. FUK feature members of CHAOS UK and HANGOVER HEARTATTCK. Relentless and catchy high energy hardcore punk rock. One of my favourite current UK bands. Comes on red vinyl with a snazzy silver cover.

GLAM - Veneno en sus Flechas MLP BLACK
GLAM - VENENO EN SUS FLECHAS MLP £8
Brand new mini LP from this Barcelona band. This is noisy, urgent hardcore punk. The recording has the right balance of rawness and clarity and the whole thing just rages! Glam have expanded their sound with a few metallic guitar flourishes here and there, but nothing that distracts from the direct punk anger contained within. Recommended!

GOOD THROB - FUCK OFF £8
In 2014, the best punk scene in the world is in London, England, and the best band out of that scene is Good Throb. KY Ellie and the gang rage through eleven of the most acerbic punk rock cuts to be conceived in modern time, brimming over with true-life vitriol and the means to carry it out. Imagine the murderous passion of The Feederz clenched in the fists of Kleenex with a scratched-up Erase Errata picture disc jammed in a Vomit Visions sleeve and you're close to Good Throb, although there is no way to hypothesize Good Throb without truly bearing witness. Following two stunning 7" EPs, Good Throb annihilate the LP format with more tunes about moronic men, systemic misery and the many ways in which they can both get fucked.

Western Massachusetts' HOAX presents their highly anticipated self-titled, self-released 12 song debut LP. After a relentless string of EP's and tours, this release marks a new standard in DIY hardcore punk. New release on FEAST OF TENTACLES. Over a year in the making, the first official full length album from GIVE UP audio project HORDERS. featuring 14 primarily instrumental tracks that blend elements of ambient drone, harsh noise, acoustic guitar, and metal. creating an aural response to the GIVE UP visual assault in the form of a heavily layered, cycling dirge. ebb and flow, beauty and filth. produced and engineered as a solo project, ‘fimbulvetr’ features guest spots by members of THE BURDEN, WITHDRAWAL, 50/50, and more.

ILEGAL - EL AIRE LIBRE DE LOS DIENTES DEL MONSTRUO TIRANO Y CANIBAL £7 After a demo and three seven inches ILEGAL finally unleash their debut full length. 12 songs clocking in at just about 30 minutes. Heavily influenced by early Italian and Spanish hardcore bands like WRETCHED or ANTI-DOGMATIKSS their sound brings to mind a time in hardcore where you could still understand what the band was singing about while sounding ferocious. Recorded analog in Quebec Canada with vocals added digitally later in Germany. Mastered by Joel Hatsat in Florida and housed in a beautiful wraparound sleeve designed by Eugene from CRAZY SPIRIT.

INFERNOH - 7 SPAR EP £10
Killer new 12" from one of the best current Swedish bands. Total raw mangel attack!

INSERVIBLES - s/t £7
Deranged punk from Mexico. I haven't stopped spinning this record. Dark, dirty and downright ugly reverb drenched noise with a very raw recording. This is the stuff of nightmares.

j'm'en fous
J'M'EN FOUS - s/t £7
I was lucky enough to see J'M'En Fous play twice and was absolutely blown away. This amazing Swiss band are now sadly no but luckily this LP compiles their 2 self-released CD-R's S'la pète (2006) and Ukulele (2007).This is really crazy and free punk rock with combines pretty much every imaginable style of punk music and lots more into one glorious mess of a record. I don't really know how to describe this other than to say it's harsh, fun, confusing and one of the punkest things I have heard in a long time. Highly recommended!

LOTUS FUCKER - FOREVER MY FIGHTING SPIRIT £7
We make noise that's fire. We put our souls through the wire. We don't care what people say. Noise forever. This is the official release of the album (not the test press tour version). Comes on heavy vinyl in a thick jacket with killer cover art and obi strip.

THE LOWEST FORM - Negative Ecstasy LP
THE LOWEST FORM - NEGATIVE ECSTACY £10
A swirling, nasty hardcore punk record by one of Britain's finest ensembles. Negative Ecstasy takes the listener (that would be you, duh) through an aural obstacle course of thuggish pounding and piercing feedback wash. Get dirty. Where would we all be without a couple fuzz pedals? Probably listening to Vivaldi or something refined. No thanks. "I want to bash my brains out, bleed all over your drugs and watch you smoke 'em up as I drift off to the inevitable. THE LOWEST FORM is it, bruv." -Martin Ken

MAKABERT FYND - £8
Ripping Swedish hardcore featuring Poffen/Totaliatr on vocals.

MOB RULES - THE DONOR £7
Total powerhouse! Essential album by this UK band who mix Black Flag and Power Violence influences to devastating effect. If you don't have it, you need it.
MOB RULES - NOTHING LEFT £9
More B'last / Black Flag worship by the best musicians in UKHC. This time expect more dance friendly numbers without compromising on the complexity. Quite the achievement, we've been spinning this since it arrived non-stop.
Tip on cardboard sleeve with black inner sleeve and insert. Pure class.

MOLOCH/METH DRINKER £8
Seriously filthy sludge hate from New Zealand and England.

NAILBITER - THE BAIT £7
Lyrically and musically Nailbiter are often compared to PAINTBOX, DEATH SIDE and late era ANTI-CIMEX. They paint bleak visions of day to day existence in this miserable world. Housed in a beautiful jacket designed by the guitarist Carlos Hiroshima The Bait is a record for people who know there is not a better world and live for the now.

NASA SPACE UNIVERSE - ACROSS THE WOUNDED GALAXIES £8
2nd press with screenprinted cover. I have a hard time describing this record. It's an awesome mess of LSD-fuelled hardcore punk, somewhere between BORN AGAINST and DIE KREUZEN. Really wild stuff. Get it!

Image of Nekromantiker - self-titled LP
NEKROMANTIKER - s/t £8
On their first LP, Nekromantiker continues to refine their fucking harsh noise punk style, mixing the song construction and style of classic noise punk heroes like Confuse and Gai with the sonic brutalities and effects-laden idealism of the Tokyo Sound System/New Smell scene (ie Exit Hippies, Filth Militia, Aostrapos, Stagnation, etc).

NO - GREAT SPACE £8
"After releasing one of the best hardcore records of 2012, London's No return with their second 12", The Great Space. No has progressed immensely since their first record, honing in on their sonic assault and pushing the boundaries of what they are capable of producing. The songwriting on "The Great Space" is well-crafted, while still sounding incredibly chaotic and vibrant. The vocals gnash and gnarl, while the band cranks out every song as fast and as hard as they can. No gives the illusion that things are on the brink of completely falling apart. But, this is where they truly excel; No can reel the listener back in from the point of destruction and take them where they never thought hardcore could go. Mastered by Daniel Husayn for maximum earslaughter." - Branden Hutchins

 NO FAITH - s/t LP
NO FAITH - s/t £8
Grinding, noise-saturated reality, likely to damage your hearing and your brain. 3/4ths of fan-fave VACCINE as well as 1/3 of the legendary SQRM attack with violent blasts of power punctuated and couched with harsh and bleak bursts of noise. Lyrics provide commentary and observation on the political climate in Ireland, thankfully free of preachy solutions

PEOPLE - AUSENTIC ORAL COMMUNICATION LP £8
1st pressing 300 copies on highligher yellow vinyl with a colour cover and two inserts. High energy rock’n’roll noise punk. In a league of their own, the missing link between London 1976 and Kyushu 1984. Tomorrows classic album for today's punks rocker.

PERSPEX FLESH - s/t £9
Following a great debut 7" on Video Disease last year, Perspex Flesh from Leeds, UK finally return with this ten track banger. Unhinged and abstract hardcore punk that carries on the legacy of bands such as Rudimentary Peni through to Cold Sweat of creating an all-encompassing feeling of claustrophobia through their music. The LP comes housed in fantastic artwork from frontman Liam Fox. Features members of Broken Arm and The Flex.

 Kingmaker cover art
PINE BARRENS - KINGMAKER £8.50
Raucous black metal infused hardcore from Manchester with members of BEECHER, THEY ARE COWARDS, EXTINCTION OF MANKIND.... Killer gatefold artwork by Steve Larder.

Polikarpa Y Sus Viciosas - Libertad Y Desorden
POLIKARPA Y SUS VICIOSAS - LIBERTAD Y DESORDEN £8
Polikarpa Y Sus Viciosas are three woman from Colombia who play raging and political punk. As they say it in the liner notes: "Punk is the most sincere way of life we came across with. It allows us to express ourselves, to shape our minds and to make plans about how we would like the world to be." While their later ep's are very raw and remind me sometimes a bit of early Disorder, these recordings are slightly more polished and remind me more of early Eskorbuto. Very passionate punk, the same way they still play today.

PORKERIA_LP
PORKERIA - LA MIERDA DE SIEMPRE £7
These folks have been described as Mexican raw punk. but really, their style is more closely associated with the early second-wave of UK ’82 and international punk, like G.B.H., APPENDIX, and R.I.P. rippin fast punk/hc. nice cover/insert and translations to boot!

RAS - RAS 1 (BLUE) £8
Retro sounding, still refreshingly fresh Swedish punk with all attitude needed. Members of Manikins, Henry Fiatat'ss Open Sore, and Unabombers. First album out of the two that were released simultaneously.

RAS - RAS 2 (YELLOW) £8
Retro sounding, still refreshingly fresh Swedish punk with all attitude needed. Members of Manikins, Henry Fiatat'ss Open Sore, and Unabombers. First album out of the two that were released simultaneously.

ROXOR - OBRAZ DOBY! £7

Cover by Marek Bakteria (Evidence Smrti, Festa Desperato).

SICKOIDS - NO HOME £8
Brand new 12" for their upcoming European Tour in May/June 2013! Six fresh motherfucking frantic crackers by these ex-Philadelphia lads. Straight forward storming Hardcore destruction at it's best

SLEAFORD MODS - AUSTERITY DOGS £10
"SLEAFORD MODS are the product of Britain’s harsh reality—a punk band that, through lack of sympathy for the human race, replaced its members with a laptop. Their songs are fueled with working class philosophy, and the vibe is bleak. Comparable to the delivery of John Cooper Clarke, Steve Ignorant, Ian Dury, the pumping bass riffs of The Fall, the cheap synth beats of The Normal."
Punkest thing I have heard in ages.

SPLITTER - SPLITTER - Avskräckande Exemplar LP £6
"Avskräckande Exemplar" is the release that takes grindcore to the next level. Insane Society present this Swedish frustration and brutality captured in 21 bombarding whirlwinds on vinyl now. Expect speed, expect heaviness, expect groove and foremost, expect to be ripped to shreds! Splitter shows no mercy for the weak hearted!!!"

STARVE/TERZIJ DE HORDE - split LP £5
Starve from the Netherlands feature members of Insult and play heavy ass sludge in the vein of Sourvein etc. with a bit of a bluesy/southern feel at times. Terij de Horde provide one epic track with elements of heavy modern crust, screamo and black metal. Comes houses in a gatefold sleeve.

THAWED OUT - s/t LP £5
"Featuring members of Host (who we've featured before) and another UK band named No Reality, Thawed Out play a crusty and fucked up style of noisy hardcore similar to Cult Ritual or Total Abuse. The demo embraces its lo-fi sensibilities, which in turn works hand in hand with the band's downer punk style. A total of 5 songs, all of which are glazed with feedback and mid-tempo riffs. Lead breaks poke around on the demo, and are as you would expect - unpredictable and eccentric. Still, as ugly as this tries to be, it has an undeniable charm to it, one which will keep you coming back. This is for fans of the noisy hardcore making appearances lately, or simply old fuckheads who haven't given up on their United Mutation records."

THROAT - MANHOLE £8
driving, pulverising ultra-repetitive riffing, really caustic, in-your-face production job, bizarre, bold, grotedque artwork. There's something really GRIMY to everything about these Finns, from the really rusty guitar sound to the fact that this LP comes with a 12x12" insert of personal ads for men who like to be peed on and stuff. For fans of Am-Rep/Noise Rock.

TRENCHER - ALL SUFFERING SOON TO END £4
Back from an extended hiatus, TRENCHER return with another twisted slab of sonic violence.

UNA BÈSTIA INCONTROLABLE - Observant com el Món es destrueix LP
UNA BÈSTIA INCONTROLABLE - OBSERVANT COM EL MON ES DESTRUEIX LP £8.50
Barcelona's UNA BÈSTIA INCONTROLABLE came out of nowhere a few months ago. Within a few weeks of their existence they had recorded a promising demo of experimental noisy hardcore, played a few shows in UK and Spain and started working on their debut album. Barely 6 months later they give birth to "Observant Com el Món es destrueix". A 9 track LP integrally sang in Catalan and with a psychedelic approach to their previous bands  sound (GLAM/ ATENTADO/ DESTINO FINAL / INVASION/ CROSTA amongst others). Their primative anthems of nature seeking dreams are distorted, repetitive and heavy at times. With their boots firmly stuck in hardcore based while keeping the overall sound free of any boundaries and styles. The artwork by guitarrist  Guillem el Muro reflects the spirit of the album perfectly. An explosion of hardcore between day dreaming of peace and nightmares of reality.

UNARM - MYTH AND REALITY 311 £10.50
Unarm are agitatting about anti/no nukes since 3.11 earthquake/nucleear problems. 1st full length are all new 20songs about it by 10years running. It's sound full of anger and brutal truth on mega noize crusher beat! An answer from underground for "enemy" that look us away and keep ignorance us from the truth. screaming anger and sorrow, noisy chainsaw guitar, Rainy's rolling bass-line and beating magma drums. 2013, one prelude to still continue for our struggle. They're asking what is resistance, what is rebellion and what is punk. the best and masterpeace Unarm material is here!

VOCO PROTESTA - Neniam Konfidu al la Stato LP GREEN VINYL
VOCO PROTESTA - NENIAM KONFIDU AL LA STATO £8
Tokyo's VOCO PROTESTA return with another LP. Taking influence from early 80's Swedish and Italian hardcore and noisy Japanese hardcore. There is also a welcome CRASS influence to some parts of the record. This is energetic hardcore with a strong anarchist message, sung in Esperanto. Not as noisy as some of their earlier releases but just as powerful. Recommended.

VOM - ALTERED STATES £8
This follow-up to 2009's "Primitive Arts" continues with their signature shamanistic-cult goth sound and ups the ante considerably in density and foreboding atmosphere, whilst also exploring more of a "pop" sensibility on a couple of tracks, and even ends with a quasi-martial industrial track. 250 pressed.

WALLS - THE FUTURE IS WIDE OPEN £7
Walls are basically everything a hardcore band should be these days. Aggressive, provoking and unsettling. Their music has been described as brooding and downright scary at times. They are heavy and fast but with plenty of room for slower and creepy parts. They remind me of the first times I heard a Born Against record. The mixture of pissed off lyrics with such fitting music. Or maybe Dead and Gone, with their basslines and dissonant guitars who make you feel miserable each time you put on their record. You know how some bands are described with images of axes, hammers or other equipment to just describe how brutal they are? Well, Walls are like knives. You don’t see them coming but you can feel they are here. Bleak and harsh. This is rage. This is the European pressing, Iron Lung records will be handling the US version

WHITEHORSE/BATILLUS - SPLIT LP £5
Crushing doom/hardcore.

WRECK OF THE HESPERUS - LIGHT ROTTING OUT £6
The woeful second album, for so long dreaded by many, from the Irish grime-bandits Wreck of the Hesperus. Crawling out from their grim festering underground caverns after five years - this new monstrosity shows they have, unsurprisingly, learnt nothing since the pitiful noise of "The Sunken Threshold" in 2006. "Light Rotting Out" is a regressive degenerate musical abomination of fetid, retarded doom. Dirty dissonance from demented dissidents. Guest vocals from Albert Witchfinder.

YDINASEETON PHJOLA/青木ヶ原 - SPLIT £8
Ydinaseeton Pohjola is continuing its raw punk crusade of the old Italian and Spanish bands. Waves of distortion and feedback, retarted screaming and shouting, forced wretched riffs and very strong sociopolitical message. Put barbed wire to your left ear and pull it out from the right ear. Enjoy the feeling! 青木ヶ原 (Aokigahara) music is heavily influenced by old Japanese hardcore/punk such as Zouo, GISM and LSD. Expect harsh vocals, heavy distorted bass, pounding drums and melodic guitar with metal influences

ZYANOSE - Why There Grieve? LP GREEN
ZYANOSE - WHY THERE GRIEVE? £8.50
Twin 4 strings no 6 strings Ditch Crust Noise Core attack from Osaka. 12 tracks of absolute noise crust destruction in the vein of GLOOM, ELECTRO HIPPIES etc. Brutal.

CD

ARMY OF FLYING ROBOTS - LIFE IS CHEAP £3 UK destruction. Somewhere between RORSCHACH, DISCORDANCE AXIS, early NEUROSIS.

DEATH FROM ABOVE £4 Brazillian D-Beat/Crust

HUATA - ATAVIST OF MANN £7 Amazing occult doom/sludge from france. Reminds me a lot of ELECTRIC WIARD with some upbeat sections reminicent of CHURCH OF MISERY/early SLEEP. But the whole things has a lot of atmosphere, enhanced by brilliant use of organ and samples. Comes in a really nice digipack cover. Recommended.

OMMADON - III £1.50
